Another week, another 2 lbs gone!! WHOOHOO!! 37 total now! I actually miss going to the gym if I skip a day. Pretty weird feeling! :-)

Working it!

It's been a while since I posted anything...I'm still getting used to this. I am still on my weight loss journey, and everyone keeps telling me I need to write a book, or share what I'm doing, so, I will blog and see where that gets me!

I am so excited that 35 lbs are GONE!!! Last time I measured, I had lost 12+ inches too! I am trying to eat healthier, I still eat just about whatever I want, but in moderation. I am going to the gym about 4x a week, 2 of which are for a 1 hour zumba class. The other times I go, I use the elliptical (my favorite) and do some weight training to build muscle. Who would have ever thought that I would be talking about building muscle??!!?? I LOVE IT!!

I love it SO much in fact, that last week, I JOINED the gym! After my 5 month free trial, I will be a real, paying member of the gym for 2 years. Yep, that's right. I'm a gym member until November 2012! I can't wait to see before/after pics in 2 years! Speaking of "before" pics, I had my sister take some pics of me a few weeks ago. OH MY. Whoever said the camera adds 10 lbs lied. Looks more like 75+ lbs! Maybe when I get some really good "after" shots, I'll post before/afters.

Oh, the changes that are taking place in me!!! They're ALL good!!!
